Lacuna Coil, Escape the Fate and VOWWS cover all the metal bases at St. Andrews Hall

Detroit on a Saturday night this time of year is always a busy place with a lot of shows going on and a Red Wings game. For a big crowd of metal fans it was Lacuna Coil, Escape the Fate and VOWWS, each brandishing their own unique heavy sound. VOWWS opened with a dark, brooding set with some fun horror elements. Escape the Fate was a high energy, intense set that got the crowd moving and crowd surfing. Lacuna Coil closed with a more theatrical, fists in the air set, playing many songs from their illustrious catalog.
