IAMX Bring the Chills and Thrills to the Magic Bag wsg clubdrugs

IAMX and clubdrugs came to Magic Bag Sunday night to a venue filled with adoring fans. Opener, clubdrugs, played a hazy, sonic mix of dark goth pop. Their vocals meshed well together behind their thick atmosphere. Among those who know, IAMX is legendary, their charisma and unique stage presence separates them from other bands. Playing the entire set wearing a headpiece mask that evoked a folk horror version of Alice in Wonderland, IAMX enthralled the crowd with songs from all the different IAMX releases from the past 20 years. Backed by a drummer and synth, sometimes drums and female vocals they placed a 90+ minute set that included 3 encores.
