A Captivating Night with the Rock Orchestra By Candlelight

My favorite concerts are ones that have as much spectacle as they have brilliant sound and Saturday's show at Michigan Lottery Amphitheater with the Rock Orchestra brought the maximum amount of both. Featuring a full orchestra of horns, string, percussion, a choir and multiple vocalists, the songs were a spectacular display of talent. Visually, there were fire performers that brought excitement and beauty to the already enormous stage show. The songs were a best of of hard rock history that included AC/DC's "Back in Black,"  "Thunderstruck", Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven", "Kashmir" Metallica's "Enter Sandman" and many others. Songs included both orchestra instrumentals and full out performances with outstanding vocals.
